The High rise construction directorate is the main contractor of Comfort City Housing and Administrative Estate in the region of Liulin with total floor area of 20 000 m² and a residential building in Krastova Vada area with total floor area of 4000 m², as construction of Voivodite Holiday Camp near the Town of Bansko is also going to be initiated.

TEMPO STROY ENGINEERING Ltd. carries out the following procedures:

01.Laying of concrete bed first layer.
02.Making of foundation contour shuttering.
03.Hydro insulation laying.
04.Laying of concrete bed second layer (hydro insulation protection layer).
05.Laying of foundation reinforcement delivered and produced in a reinforcing shop.
06.Laying of foundation concrete. The execution procedure includes vibration with needle vibrator, as grinding is carried out only by investor’s request.
07.Placement of the taps of a lightning protection installation (depending on the design).
08.Making of a one-side (external) basement wall shuttering.
09.Mounting of basement wall reinforcement (after the shuttering has been accepted by the designer).
10.Shuttering closing after the reinforcement has been accepted.
11.Laying of the hydro insulation envisaged under the design – it is carried out after external wall stripping. An internal dump of layers with specific thickness and rodding is executed according to what has been envisaged in the Water Supply and Sewage part, as sewer pipes are installed in such dump (installation package).
12.Laying of concrete on the reinforced dump after the package has been laid.
13.Making shuttering of a flagstone of elevation +0.00. After it has been accepted by the designer (deed form 7).
14.Mounting of reinforcement of a flagstone of elevation +0.00. After it has been accepted (deed form 7).
15.Concreting of a flagstone of elevation +0.00 is allowed.
16.Shuttering of columns and spacers to elevation +0.00 (under the design).
17.Reinforcement of columns and spacers.

Operations from No.13 to No.17 including are repeated according to the number of the floors of the building. The respective apertures for installations (heating installation, Water Supply and Sewage installation, electrical installation, etc.) are placed in the shutterings according to design specificity.
